In order to serve our patients better and organize our appointments more precisely, we need to enforce our cancellation policy (updated Jan 2018). If you are unable to make it to your appointment, please contact us 1 week in advance to cancel your appointment. If you do not provide 1 weeks’ notice at time of cancellation, you will forfeit your booking fee.The booking fee is $100.
We will arrange refunds with more than 1 weeks’ notice.
